SEC Centre

SEC Centre (previously known as the SECC) offers five interconnected exhibition and meeting rooms. SEC Centre offers five interconnected exhibition and event halls with a combined area of over 22,000sqm.

SEC Armadillo

Designed by world-renowned architects Foster + Partners, the SEC Armadillo is a Glasgow landmark with a unique style and practical, comfortable facilities for up to 3,000.

SEC Armadillo - Auditorium

As one of Europe’s leading conference venues, the 3,000 seat Auditorium has staged countless meetings, conferences and corporate events. The fully flexible venue also has the capability to host plenary sessions for major national and international conferences. 

SEC Meeting Academy

A new contemporary space to host your meetings at Scotland’s national event destination. A bright, modern space, creating the perfect environment to educate and share. State of the art technology, nourishing food, all the benefits of an experienced event team, and situated in the heart of Glasgow. All you need to do is turn up.

M1

M1 has the capacity for 400 theatre-style. It can combine with M2 - M5 within the SEC Meeting Academy to provide a large, fully functional space. 

M2

M2 has capacity for 50 theatre-style. It can combine with the M3 to provide a room for 100 theatre-style.

M3

M3 has capacity for 50 theatre-style. It can combine with the Ness room to provide a room for 100 theatre-style.

M4

M4 has the capacity for 100 theatre-style with scope to expand to accommodate 225.

M5

M5 room has capacity for 14 boardroom-style.

SEC Halls

The SEC offers five interconnected exhibition halls with a combined area of over 22,000㎡.

Hall 1

Hall 1 offers 775m2 of event space and when combined with Hall 2 it can provide up to 3,090m2 and capacity for meetings of 360 – 500 delegates.

Hall 2

Hall 2 offers 2,315㎡ of exhibition and event space with scope to expand to 3,090㎡ if combined with Hall 1.

Hall 3

Hall 3 can operate as stand-alone, or, by opening up the links to Hall 4, as a larger space of 15,160㎡ and can also be extended into Hall 5 to offer 19,265㎡.

Hall 4

Hall 4 is our largest and most versatile exhibition hall with 10,065㎡ of clear span space, a ceiling height of 9metres and high bay area of 20metres.

Hall 5

Hall 5 has 4,105m2 of clear span space, a ceiling height of 9metres and high bay area of 14metres.

Loch Suite

Loch Suite features a small auditorium and adjoining rooms that can be used collectively, individually, or in combination with the onsite Halls or nearby SEC Armadillo.

Lomond Auditorium

Accessible from the ground floor, the Lomond Auditorium is a purpose-built auditorium and the largest event space in the Loch Suite with floor-level and tiered seating that can be removed to create clear span space of 490m2.

Alsh

The Alsh has capacity for 300 theatre-style or 108 cabaret, but can be subdivided by a sound proofed partition to provide 2 rooms each with a theatre capacity of 120 or cabaret capacity of 42.

Boisdale

The Boisdale has capacity for 300 theatre-style or 108 cabaret.

Carron

The Carron has capacity for 255 theatre-style, but can be subdivided by a sound proofed partition to provide 2 rooms each with a theatre capacity of 105.

Dochart

The Dochart has capacity for 200 theatre-style, but can be subdivided by a sound proofed partition to provide 2 rooms each with a theatre capacity of 105.

Etive

The Etive room is a flexible space for up to 30 people theatre style.

Fyne

Fyne is a flexible space for up to 30 people theatre style.

Forth

Forth is on the ground floor of the SEC Armadillo, providing superb, additional, flexible meeting space alongside the Auditorium.

Gala

Gala is ideal for breakouts. It can accommodate 150 ​theatre-style, or can be subdivided into two spaces each with capacity for 60 theatre-style.
